The BaySource Team consists of professionals with extensive experience in the areas of manufacturing, distribution, product development, finance, information technology, and international trade. David presides over Baysource Global Inc. managing China outsourcing initiatives, which he founded in 2005. Prior to establishing Baysource, David was Executive Vice President of Diamond products, a large privately held company engaged in the consumer products health & beauty space. Before Diamond Products, he held numerous sales and marketing leadership roles in premium branded companies within the consumer products industry. David is a graduate of Ohio State University and currently resides in the Tampa Bay area.

Born in Ireland and educated in Australia, Ireland and the USA, David first came to Asia in 1990. Beginning his career at Black & Decker (NYSE:BDK), David held several leadership roles in the B&D Australia, Asia and the US business entities, before leaving to join Newell Rubbermaid (NYSE: NWL) in early 2001. During his four-year tenure at Newell, David served as President for the BERNZOMATIC, IRWIN Industrial Tool and Rubbermaid Foodservice Product divisions. David returned to Asia mid 2005 to establish the company based here in Hong Kong. Serving as CEO, he is actively engaged in the company’s day-to-day operations and currently serves on the board of companies located in the USA, Hong Kong & Australia.

Born and educated in England, Julian began his career within the automotive division of the Thyssen group (DTG:DAX) as a metals and tooling specialist. With a degree in mechanical engineering, Julian joined Black & Decker (NYSE:BDK) in the European manufacturing center for consumer power-tools & outdoor products. Following successive manufacturing and quality engineering leadership roles, Julian assumed metals commodity management responsibility at all plants within the European network. In 1998 he relocated to Asia in an expanded capacity focused on strengthening Black & Decker’s efforts in low-cost country sourcing. Following that assignment, he joined B&D’s joint venture manufacturing partner, where for past seven years has led the company-wide procurement and logistics functions located in Hong Kong and southern China. Julian joined Eastlink Global in December 2006.

Located in Europe’s gateway city of Dublin, Ireland, Greg oversees the Eastlink sales and marketing initiatives for our European business. Graduating Trinity College Dublin with a degree in marketing, Greg spent seven years on international assignments in both the UK and the USA before returning to Ireland to establish Digicom (www.digicom.ie) in 1997, which today is an industry-leading company in the office technology, audio visual and document management business segments. Greg is also an active council member of the Dublin chamber of commerce and maintains a comprehensive network of sales managers and select distribution partners throughout the United Kingdom and continental Europe.

With a 20+ year career in sales management, Warren brings an extensive network of key industry relationships within the Australia/NZ consumer products market. Beginning his career at Cadbury Schweppes (NYSE:CSG), Warren earned valuable sales experience with one of Australia’s leading beverage & confectionery companies before joining industry- leading Pepsi (NYSE: PEP) in 1990. During his seven year tenure at Pepsi, Warren held multiple senior leadership roles rising to National Sales VP – Distributor channels, before leaving to join Gillette (NYSE:PG) as Key account manager for the grocery channel. Today, Warren leads the national sales organization for Vanilla Sugar (www.vanillasugar.com.au), where as company Director, he’s focused on driving the continued success of this privately held market-leading health and beauty products company.
